At Resilience - Yes, I help clients build psychological resilience by developing coping strategies to reduce unhelpful habits, behaviours and negative thinking. Thus, clients learn to break free from repeated unhelpful patterns and unlock the potential to live more rewarding and meaningful lives.

About Me

I'm Vilyana Tsekova, a qualified therapist, who has been practising in central London since 2017. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow BACP ethical guidelines. I utilise a blend of evidence-based approaches, tailored to address the individual needs of each client.

My Approach

I draw upon a range of evidence-based approaches such as Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and other third-wave therapies, Integrative Therapy (IT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Sensory Integration Assessments for young people and adults.

My location

I am based in St Paul's, Central London, and offer individual sessions online and face-to-face. Currently I have availability for online sessions only and a waiting list for in-person therapy.
