About Me
As an accredited psychotherapist with over 19 years of clinical experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges and achieve personal growth. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, carefully tailoring each to the unique needs of my clients. I am an AXA Health recognised psychotherapist and an Aviva registered Health practitioner. I offer in person and online therapy sessions. Your health and well-being matter, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
I draw upon a range of evidence-based approaches such as Behavioural (CBT, DBT) and Schema therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Integrative Therapy (IT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Sensory Integration Assessments for young people and adults.
